Malaya Garnet

Malayan Garnet (Umbalite).
It is a mixture between pyrope and spessartite.
It is found in the Umba Valley (hence the name Umbalita) in Tanzania and Tanga, near the coast.
Malaia's name comes from Swahili for 'misfit'.
